Green GM needs food, BADLY

I'm not really hungry, but thanks to a week of zero air movement my energy level is now down in my toes.
I'm running DC Heroes tonight, tossing the previous adventure-in-progress because it was frankly kinda stupid, and this adventure starts out with the dreaded words, "All your phones ring. Simultaneously. Even the SUPAR SEKRIT LINE." (This means it's an Idiot King adventure!) Might recycle the zombie poet thing someday in the future, when I can make it less dumb.
We have a household rule: the one who GMs is not responsible for provision of the supper. Folks who game here without sleeping here will probably bring their own chow, but I have run into a problem a few months ago where a certain Hero Player who DOES sleep here will make himself a peanut butter sandwich and NOT feed the GM. Or handle the "wait I'm {in/out}, I need {out/in}!" game our dogs play every time we have company. Most of the time he's good about it; let's continue to aim for NOT dropping the game to a complete halt while the GM putters around the kitchen....
And all of that reminds me: In what ways would "super easy Chicken Fricasee" be different from "super easy roast chicken"?
